Finish: Long, spicy, and lingering - what more could you ask for?

BACKGROUND ON THE ENGLISH WHISKY COMPANY

The English Whisky Co was the first whisky distillery in England in over a century. When they started, they wanted to be the first micro-distillery in England, but Customs and Excise wouldn’t let them have anything smaller than 1,800 litre stills. 1,800 litre stills are pretty big, bigger than some of the ones in Scottish distilleries. So the English Whisky Co said go big, or go home. We like that mentality and this one is certainly a big and bold and peaty whisky. And we really like that!
