WHISKY TASTING NOTES
Nose: barbecued, smokey pineapple with sweet malt, seasoned with white pepper and cinnamon.
Palate: soft tropical fruit in the form of pineapple and mango, both the malt character of the original spirit and the oak of the cask come through, with a touch of white pepper and cinnamon.
Finish: a glorious, long finish with all the elements from the nose and palate - smoked pineapple with malt, oak and wood spice.
ABOUT THIS WHISKY
What an extraordinary few months! It's been tough. But everyone has pulled together and supported one another. The heroes of the hour are undoubtedly our NHS, healthcare, and frontline workers. If we could, we'd pour all frontline workers a dram, to say thank you for everything they've done - and continue to do. While we can't do that (sadly), we wanted to do something to say thank you.
As soon as our warehouses in Scotland opened, we decided to swing into action and bottle something special. This is a unique single cask Inchfad, distilled at Loch Lomond. Inchfad is rather rare, with the distillery no longer bottling this range; it is a superb, heavily peated single malt scotch whisky renowned for soft fruit and malt notes when bottled at a youthful age - as we have done here.
All profits from this exclusive single malt whisky will be donated to NHS charities. Our small way of saying: thank you. So if you're able to, please get a bottle, pour a dram, and join us in raising a toast to all healthcare frontline workers around the world. Slainté mhath.

About our Bottles
For us, one of the best aspects of a good single malt whisky is its ability to bring people together. So when we created our bottles we wanted to design something that felt like a decanter - meant to be passed around a group of friends, new and old, as they enjoy sharing a dram together.
Our bottles have a good weight to them, making them feel substantial and giving them the presence a good whisky deserves. We've offset the label, so that the whisky is centre stage; it shows the natural colour of the liquid clearly and proudly.
The label clearly and transparently shows you all the key information, including: the nature of the liquid (for example, single malt scotch) where it was distilled; how old it is; and how strong it is. All our liquids are natural colour and non chill filtered.
Our bottles come in two sizes: 700ml, which is our standard for our main releases; and for some of our expressions, 100ml minis.
