• How long does a cask valuation take? We aim to get back to you within one working day. A full written valuation depends on whether you already have a recent regauge. If we need to arrange one, it'll take a little longer.
• What if I don't have paperwork for my cask? Just tell us what you do know, like the distillery and roughly what year it was filled. We can help piece together the rest and arrange a regauge to confirm what's actually in the cask.
• Do you charge any fee to value or sell my cask? No. Our valuation is free and there's no obligation to sell. We never ask for an upfront fee either, which is worth knowing since that's a common sign of lowball offers and fake buyers.
• What happens if I don't like the valuation? Nothing at all. There's no pressure to proceed. You're welcome to walk away, get a second opinion to compare, or ask us about bottling the cask yourself instead of selling it.
