Whisky bar

As well as being an independent bottler and a cask broker, The Single Cask has its very own whisky bar in Singapore.  Tucked away in a quiet corner of Caldwell House in the historic Chijmes complex, the intimate proportions of our bar makes for a unique and cozy destination.

Our focus for the bar is directed towards independent bottlers and lesser known distilleries. We host an impressive collection of our very own exclusive single cask whiskies, single malts from family owned and operated distilleries - some you'll have heard of, some you won't. ​The bar stocks over 400+ single malts, boutique blended malts and single cask rums; so you'll be spoilt for choice!

We also make some fantastic cocktails, and have recently been recognised as one of the best cocktail bars in Singapore by 'Best in Singapore'.  The breadth and depth of scotch flavours lend themselves well to a wide range of superb cocktails, and we'd be pleased to mix you one.

Whisky Ambassador programme

​The Single Cask is the first Whisky Ambassador accredited venue in Singapore. The Whisky Ambassador programme is the original accredited Scotch Whisky training course. Designed both for the Licensed Trade and those seeking a comprehensive grasp of Scotch, the course gives you the knowledge, skills and confidence to talk to customers about Scotland’s national drink. Our Singapore team conduct courses on a regular basis in order to inform, engage and educate.
