Bonded Warehouse
Store your casks where the bottler stores their own. The Single Cask runs an HMRC approved bonded warehouse in Glenrothes, Fife. It is home to the 3,000 plus casks behind our own releases, and to the casks we look after for private owners and independent bottlers. Storage, regauging, sampling and bottling all happen under one roof, handled by the same small team that answers your email.

Your casks are held in bond with the paperwork in your name. We are an HMRC approved excise warehousekeeper and members of the Bonded Warehousekeepers Association and the Scotch Whisky Association.

Regauging, sample draws, condition checks and bottling, all on site. One email to the team in Fife covers all of it, with a straight answer on cost before any work starts.

Secure bonded storage in Fife
Casks mature here under HMRC bond, so no duty falls due while your whisky sleeps. Every cask is racked, monitored and handled by our own warehouse team, and every movement is recorded. If you own a cask stored elsewhere and want it somewhere you can actually visit, we can arrange the transfer into our care.
Bottling on site, cask to bottle
Most warehouses store. Ours bottles too. When your cask is ready, it moves a few metres to our own bottling line rather than miles on a truck to a third party. Small runs are welcome, single casks are our speciality, and label design support is available if you want your own name on the bottle.
Straight answers before you commit
What does storage cost? What condition is my cask in? How many bottles will it give me? Ask us. We quote storage plainly, regauge before you commit to anything, and tell you honestly if a cask is not worth what you hoped. Casks are not a regulated investment and values can fall as well as rise. You will always have the numbers before you make a decision.
