Driven by a desire to bring the Scottish experience to those who haven't had the chance to visit, the idea for their podcast was born. "Inside Whisky - The Barrel Talk" became their passion project, a labor of love alongside their everyday jobs, dedicated to sharing the country, its people, and the whisky that flows through its veins with enthusiasts around the world.

Bottling unique spirits one cask at a time, The Single Cask value personality and take an innovative approach to the flavour of their whisky releases. The Taste Masters come together regularly to explore the character of each whisky they bottle and bring this to life through descriptive tasting notes, naming every cask to reflect its persona.

They also profile each whisky by one of five moods, encouraging exploration of their bottlings through moments in time.
Each single cask is bottled at cask strength, always keeping the liquid its natural colour with no chill filtration. Great whisky meant to be opened, shared and enjoyed.
