Highland single malt whisky

Highland single malt whisky comes from a small Island off the coast of Scotland.  Peat is often used to dry the malted barley used to create whiskies on Islay, giving a smokey, peaty, character to the liquid.  Here are the Islay whiskies we currently have available.

They're all single casks which we've bottled at cask strength, with no chill filtration, and natural colour - so there's no added caramel.  We've kept the whisky pure and simple, just as nature intended.
