Speyside single malt whisky

These are the single malt Speyside whiskies from our latest outturn.  Speyside whiskies tend to be fruity and on the sweeter side, with many finished in sherry casks. 

They're all single casks which we've bottled at cask strength, with no chill filtration, and natural colour - so there's no added caramel.  We've kept the whisky pure and simple, just as nature intended.
