For us the search for the perfect dram never ends. There is no finish line. It’s an exciting vision and drive that we have.

It means selecting and bottling casks that that are not only of exceptional quality, but also distinctive character and unique personality. We believe drinking single cask whisky to be an incredible experience, one that deserves to be shared.

We only bottle single cask whisky. Each cask creates a unique tasting whisky, even when it’s from the same type of cask and from the same distillery.

It’s our mission to find casks that stand out due to their remarkable individual flavours, balance, and character. We then bottle them one cask at time, which is why each whisky is limited and rare as well as one-of-a-kind.

We have recruited a panel of independent whisky wizards as the ‘best of the best’ to sample and approve every cask we bottle - telling the story behind each unique whisky they taste through their descriptive tasting notes.

It’s entirely their decision as to whether a whisky passes our high expectations. Our casks must offer a certain thrill. Before we bottle them, our The Taste Masters always ask: is this whisky exciting and interesting?
