The Taste Masters come together regularly to explore the character of each whisky they bottle and bring this to life through descriptive tasting notes, naming every cask to reflect its persona.

They also profile each whisky by one of five moods, encouraging exploration of their bottlings through moments in time.
Each single cask is bottled at cask strength, always keeping the liquid its natural colour with no chill filtration. Great whisky meant to be opened, shared and enjoyed.
