The Single Cask is an independent Scotch whisky bottler with over 3,000 casks maturing in our own HMRC-approved bonded warehouse in Fife. We work with independent bottlers two ways: buy a cask outright from our stock, or let us source, store and bottle it under your own brand end to end.

Two ways to work with us

• Buy a cask outright. Select from our stock of over 3,000 casks and take ownership. Bottle it with us, or move it on under your own arrangements. Your cask, your call.
• Full bottling service. We handle the whole journey: sourcing the right cask, storing and maturing it in bond, and bottling under your own label. One point of contact, cask to finished bottle.

Why independent bottlers work with us

A genuine independent bottler since 2010. This is what we do, not a sideline. Over 3,000 casks to choose from means we can usually match what you're after. Every cask we bottle is tasting-panel approved. And ours is a real, visitable warehouse in Glenrothes, Fife. Come and sample, walk the racks, see the bottling line. We're members of the Scotch Whisky Association, the Bonded Warehousekeepers Association and Fife Chamber of Commerce, and we've delivered own-brand releases for bottlers across the UK, Japan, Germany and beyond.

How it works

1. Tell us what you're after: style, region, age, cask type, volume, and whether it's a one-off or ongoing supply.
2. Sample and select at the warehouse, or from a sample selection we send.
3. Buy outright or brief the bottling. Take ownership, or set us up to bottle under your brand.
4. We store, mature and bottle. Everything handled in bond, to your spec.
5. Collect or we arrange delivery, ready to release under your own name.
